Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns

-If you are not 100% satisfied you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Packaging must be unopened and it the condition as sold for a full refund. Postage is not included for returns.

-We strictly do NOT accept any type of return on custom made orders or orders which include  any type of personalisation.

-We strictly do NOT accept returns on any items removed from their protective film.

Faulty Goods

We will repair or replace any items that arrive faulty or damaged during delivery. Please contact us at aftainteriors@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel with photographic evidence to open a faulty goods enquiry. Please include a picture of the damage and the packaging with a short description.

Postage

-AFTA aim to deliver all sales within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. This does not include weekends.

-All delivery is charged at a flat rate for Royal Mail 48hr tracked. You will receive a notification from royal mail once it is in their hands. 

-Expected delivery days is 2-3 days from date of send however this may vary during busier times. We will inform our customers of any news or updates that may affect this.

-Currently only UK delivery available

Postage Terms

-If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know when ordering and we will do our best to meet this deadline however AFTA is NOT liable for any delays caused by postal services after.

-We understand that occasionally orders may not arrive although it is extremely rare. Unfortunately it is out of our hands once item has been sent however we will do what we can if this does occur. We know it can be upsetting when your order doesn’t show, but believe me as a Small Business Owner it is just as upsetting for us to hear that our item did not reach you!

-Following Royal Mail guidance we have to wait 10 working days before submitting a lost claim. We ask that our customers be understanding of this and would advise them to wait it out first to see if it does show up which usually does happen! We accept responsibility to submit a lost claim after this waiting period has ended and may ask for backup or evidence from the customer to cooperate in this claim.

-We can offer general advice to the customer on locating a lost order in the meantime.

-We will offer to replace the order after 12 working days from sent date if it shows as undelivered/ proof of non delivery.
